Thank you for your time and effort in looking into how to improve the lives of children and adults suffering with leukaemia. My son (a unique case) who was born without Down syndrome was born with the rare condition TAM and he has a 20% chance it will return as AML within the next 5 years. He is now 9 months and we hope it never returns. Thank you

My granddaughter

My granddaughter was diagnosed 5 years ago with MDS. I have had to watch her go through gruelling chemo, has had a bone marrow transplant, which failed after two years. Developed into AML. More gruelling chemo. Had a cord transplant which lasted 6mths. At present on a trial chemo tablets. We need to find a cure that gets rid of this incurable disease. Other cancers seem to get more publicity. Thank you for all the research you are doing to try and find a kinder, less intrusive treatment. ❤️

My cousin who lived in the US battled leukaemia twice. Unfortunately she lost her second battle at the age of 41. She left 2 children and a husband. She was my pen pal as well as my cousin and friend. Sadly missed😢

The Leukaemia researchers are important to me because I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer in May 2022 & I think that the treatment I was given was wonderful so please keep your amazing work up.

Please continue to research this nasty cancer that took my sister within 18 months .Poor detection in the first instance delayed diagnosis...GPs need to rule this out first .

Without your research I may well.not have my granddaughter, she had leukemia at age 17, traditional treatments didn't work! She was picked to go for a trial of the CarT cell therapy. That was about 5 years ago & she has been so much better since. So thank you all so much without your continued research this type of treatment may not have been discovered!

I lost Paul to AML in 2020. I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma in 2022 and now am in remission. I was fortunate that my blood cancer was treatable and not life threatening. May I thank everyone who work so hard to find the best treatment for this devastating illness. I will be donating on the 21st April Blood Cancer day.♥️

I can not thank u enough in all u do. Thanks to u I and my team of consultants n nurses I have been clear of A.L.L Cancer for 8months. I was diagnosed 2yrs ago. I of course have the chronic aftermath pains now been struck with Avascular Necrosis in my hip. I have to have op’ but on the upside I have my life with my kids n grandkids. I Thanku every day. It’s wrecked my body from Chen n steroids but not my spirit. A big hug n Thanku to u all.

When I was matron of a cathedral choir school one of the choristers came to us recovering from leukemia. He went on to be head chorister he proudly told me when I went back to visit after leaving to get married. He was so proud .
