This message is to thank all the dedicated researchers who strive tirelessly to try and find new ways to treat this awful disease. My mum was diagnosed with AML on her 65th Birthday 2004, and was rushed immediately to P Floor at the Hallamshire Hospital Sheffield. The Doctors and Nurses were incredible, but if it wasn’t for the researchers constantly trialling new combinations of drugs to try and beat Leukaemia, many more loved ones would be lost so thank you. Sleep well Mamma you fought well
