I am now in my 36th year post bone marrow transplant for CML undertaken at Hammersmith under the pioneering treatment of the inspirational and totally wonderful Dr John Goldman (as he was then). I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work then and now to give people like me hope for the future (even that tiny glimmer of light at the end of a very dark tunnel - my hope then). Ive stayed relatively healthy since then, even managed a wing walk for the Anthony Nolan on my 30th anniversar
